Facilitating Ministry and Non-Profit Communities From Transitions to Transformation
Mark is the founder and lead facilitator for Equivice, bringing over 35 years of experience in leadership, consulting, and learning development with international ministries and non-profits such as Wycliffe Bible Translators, Compassion International, and Samaritan’s Purse. Recently, Mark served as an interim Senior Pastor, guiding a local church through a difficult transition, helping them find renewed unity and purpose. He leads the connecting, equipping, and resourcing of Church-led Crisis Response Networks as the Director of International Programs at Hope Over Crisis. These networks proactively respond to crises, opening doors to share the love and hope of Jesus in regions facing spiritual persecution and isolation.

Mark’s expertise in professional facilitation, conflict reconciliation, change management, and organizational leadership has empowered countless communities to navigate challenging transitions and thrive through periods of growth. As a group process expert, he has a unique ability to draw out the wisdom of the community, bridging divides and fostering genuine unity. “I’m passionate about working with ministries and non-profits during pivotal moments—whether navigating transitions, launching new initiatives, or addressing complex challenges. My heart is in helping leaders and teams design their future collaboratively, creating processes that respect every voice and build a shared vision.”
Mark and his wife Susan have been married for over 33 years and have lived and raised their three children in Papua New Guinea, China, and the U.S., bringing a rich cross-cultural perspective to his work.
